HUNTER IS KIND OF WEIRD in that he's... not. really. curious. He likes Mau! He thinks Mau is great and would probably do TERRIBLE THINGS for Mau if it came down to it (this is how i measure fondness when it comes to this boy, i am so sorry). But he's utterly content to leave his knowledge of Mau at what he already knows. He won't avoid Mau or anything, hell, he'll seek him out- but he's already conceptualized Mau and he's comfortable with that.

That concept basically boils down to "this is Mau, he's got a certain degree of gravitas but it works for him", but hey. It is what it is.

Ned's impression of Rei? :3c

Ned worries about Rei! He thinks she's lovely -- she seems really thoughtful and interesting and she doesn't do everything at top volume like everyone else on the team, which is honestly a nice break. But she also seems pretty disconnected, and he's not sure she would speak up if something was bothering her, or if she'd trust her instincts and opinions in a situation when it might be necessary! So he's keeping an eye on her and will probably fuss over her a little to make sure she gets regular meals and just try to make sure she's doing okay.

I want all the impressions toooo, what does Rei think of Ned?

Rei is pretty fond of Ned! In as much as she understands fondness, I mean. He makes a lot more sense to her than their teammates. Most of the other Heliodors are SUPER DICTATED BY FEELINGS or just confusing (hello Discourse) to her, but Ned has presented himself as someone who actually thinks and listens. Because of this, she's less likely to avoid him than most other people, including teammates.

Also it's probably for the best that Ned fuss over her eating habits and general wellfare because she is... herself.

Does Mau know that Apple and Selenia have basically inducted Hunter into Sapphire? How does/would he feel about it?

He is not aware! But he also wouldn't mind. He's not exactly insular about the team concept thing -- in fact, he thinks the whole team structure is pretty dumb and divisive on a lot of levels. So adopting people is fine, if that's something that's important to them. Mau will stand up for Sapphire taking responsibility for Sapphire in bad games or crisis situations because it makes the most sense logistically to him, but he's not really... jealous... or attached to the idea that this PARTICULAR group of individuals has SPECIAL MEANING, as much as he does love every individual on the team. Also he likes Hunter.
