IC: Dream Post
The space you are standing in is cold and grey and very still. There is nothing beneath your feet, nowhere to go. You hang for a long moment, in this place with no place, without direction or a proper sense of time, until the light dims...

...and your feet touch ground. Your eyes are closed. When you open them, you find yourself here.

Re: On The Edge
The coral crunches and crumbles under your shoes, and your progress seems strangely slow. The beach remains distant, almost as if it's moving away from you as you move toward it.

Re: On The Edge
[well, keeping that up for a bit; if it seems like this will be a problem indefinitely, turning towards the water itself]

Re: On The Edge
It seems like you will get there eventually, it will just be a long, slow slog. And after a bit the air pressure changes suddenly, pressing down on you like a great weight, making your ears pop.

Re: On The Edge
There's nothing but the boom of the waves on the reef, and the stars twinkling overhead. But the pressure remains.

Re: On The Edge
It is impossible to tell just how long it takes you to reach the beach... it feels like hours. But eventually you reach the shore.
